The Vancouver Campus Community Living Center (CLC) is a one story wood framed building originally completed in 1986. The building is a long term healthcare facility licensed for 72 patients. The overall seismic retrofit approach for the CLC aims to address various issues discovered in the building investigation and our seismic structural analysis.
