This is a design-build delivery with Turner Construction, AECOM and OHPD. The owners are Peregrine Sports and the City of Portland. Work was accomplished both during and after each season, requiring most of the stadium to remain in operation during construction. Renovations to the new stadium include the construction of a new grand stand adding approximately 4,000 new fixed seats and the addition of a club bar and grill, multipurpose rooms, party deck, family terrace, team store, ticketing office, concessions, ADA toilet rooms, team rooms, fitness room, and a physical therapy clinic. New turf on the field and new finishes, HVAC, and glazing renovations for the existing press box.
