The new facility improvements will incorporate various programming requirements to accommodate equine, staff, and visitor needs. The renovation will include the existing warehouse, staff and office facilities, and exterior site development for access, parking and horse pens. Systems in need of improvement include: mechanical, with a focus on ventilation, insulation, and plumbing; electrical and lighting; and structural reinforcement.
