OHPD led an interdisciplinary team of assessors, which included architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to perform inspections of the major building systems that have a direct impact on student performance, overall comfort and productivity. The assessment report documented the findings and provided a framework for renovations and served as a guiding source for LOSD’s bond preparations.

An Educational Adequacy Assessment was included in this scope. This adequacy assessment qualified the aptitude of the buildings to meet the educational needs of next generation learners.
